Overview
Overview
The Task Management module helps managers and employees organize, assign, complete, and monitor daily operational tasks within a property.
Managers can configure task shifts, categories, and task definitions. The system then generates daily tasks based on the property's configured Audit Time. Employees can view and complete these tasks through Workforce Tasks.
The module also provides a Task Shift Summary to review the completed tasks for each business day.
Task Management Pages

Task Shift is used to define the shifts in which Workforce Tasks are performed.
Managers can configure the shift name, color, display order, and active status.
