iHospitality Hub – Overview

What is the iHospitality Hub?

The iHospitality Hub is a shared kiosk/device app in the Spendwell iHospitality Suite. A manager sets up a device (tablet/iPad) once as a "Hub" with its own login and a chosen set of modules; after that, any employee can walk up to it, sign in with their own Employee ID/PIN (or face login), and use only the modules that hub was given access to.

Modules

Module	What it does
Clock In / Clock Out	Employees record their work hours — clock in, take a break, clock out, or add a manual entry to fix a missed punch.
Workforce Tasks	Employees view tasks assigned to their shift and move them through Open → Active → Completed.
Lost & Found	Staff report a guest's lost item or log/view items that have been found.
Inventory Management	Staff assign new stock into the storeroom or deduct stock that's been used/consumed.
