App Overview – Step-by-Step Guide

This guide gives employees a quick visual overview of the main app areas and common profile/account actions.

1. Menu Shortcuts

The center Menu button opens Quick Access shortcuts. The selected shortcut opens its related feature.

2. Notifications

The Notifications section shows alerts and updates related to your work.

Steps
  1. Tap Notifications in the bottom navigation.
  2. Review the notification list.
  3. Tap a notification to open its details.
  4. Use Mark all read to clear unread status.
  5. Use Clear all when you want to remove the notification list.

3. Profile

The Profile section contains your employee information and account settings.

Steps
  1. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
  2. Review your employee information.
  3. Scroll down to access account and profile actions.

4. Change Organization / Branch

YouYour assigned organization and branch are displayed here, and you can switch thebetween organization or branch available to your accountthem from thethis Profile screen.section.

Steps
  1. Open Profile.
  2. Find Organization/Branch.
  3. Tap the organization/branch dropdown.
  4. Select the required branch.
  5. The selected branchbranch’s isdata shownwill onbe yourdisplayed Profile.throughout the app.

5. Edit Profile

The Edit pencil icon lets you update editable profile information.

Steps
  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap the pencil icon on the profile card.
  3. Update the available information.
  4. Save the changes.

6. Language Selection

You can change the application language from your Profile.

Steps
  1. Open Profile.
  2. Scroll to Account.
  3. Tap Change Language.
  4. Select your preferred language.
  5. Tap Continue button. The app uses the selected language.

7. Change Password

You can change your account password from Profile.

Steps
  1. Open Profile.
  2. Scroll to Account.
  3. Tap Change Password.
  4. Enter the required password information.
  5. Save/confirm the new password.

7. SignChange Out

Password

Use Sign Out when you want to safely exit your account.

Steps
  1. Open Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap Sign Out.
  4. A confirmation window appears.
  5. Tap Yes to sign out.
  6. Tap Cancel if you want to stay logged in.
