App Overview

Employee App Overview – Step-by-Step Guide

This guide gives employees a quick visual overview of the main app areas and common profile/account actions.

1. Menu Shortcuts

The center Menu button opens Quick Access shortcuts. The selected shortcut opens its related feature.

2. Notifications

The Notifications section shows alerts and updates related to your work.

Steps

  1. Tap Notifications in the bottom navigation.
  2. Review the notification list.
  3. Tap a notification to open its details.
  4. Use Mark all read to clear unread status.
  5. Use Clear all when you want to remove the notification list.

4. Profile

The Profile section contains your employee information and account settings.

Steps

  1. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
  2. Review your employee information.
  3. Scroll down to access account and profile actions.

5. Change Organization / Branch

You can switch the organization or branch available to your account from the Profile screen.

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Find Organization/Branch.
  3. Tap the organization/branch dropdown.
  4. Select the required branch.
  5. The selected branch is shown on your Profile.

6. Edit Profile

The Edit pencil icon lets you update editable profile information.

Steps

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap the pencil icon on the profile card.
  3. Update the available information.
  4. Save the changes.

Visual cue: Look for the pencil icon in the top-right area of the Profile card.

7. Language Selection

You can change the application language from your Profile.

Steps

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Scroll to Account.
  3. Tap Change Language.
  4. Select your preferred language.
  5. The app uses the selected language.

8. Change Password

You can change your account password from Profile.

Steps

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Scroll to Account.
  3. Tap Change Password.
  4. Enter the required password information.
  5. Save/confirm the new password.

9. Sign Out

Use Sign Out when you want to safely exit your account.

Steps

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap Sign Out.
  4. A confirmation window appears.
  5. Tap Yes to sign out.
  6. Tap Cancel if you want to stay logged in.

Tip: Use the bottom navigation bar as the main starting point. Most account-related actions are available under Profile.
